Buzzara bianca
Per preparare una buona buzzara bianca, il piu importante e di aver le conchiglie fresche. Le conchiglie si cuocano fino a quando si apertano, e quelle non aperte le buttiamo. E importante anche di aver l’olio d’oliva dalmato originale.
Ingredienti:
- conchiglia
- olio di oliva
- aglio
- prezzemolo
- vino bianco
- sale
- pepe
- pangrattato
- limone

Brunswick does have some great ethnic food opintos it’s one thing I do miss living here in the otherwise great food scene of Rockland. Especially Indian food. Went to Shere Punjab on Maine St a few weeks ago and loved it.
