From daily fresh fish we make a fish broth by cleaning ,washing and cutting the fish into larger pieces.
We put carrots, garlic,onions,tomatoes, parsley root and leaves, salt, pepper and olive oil into cold water.

The vegetables are cooked at mild heat, after which the fish is added and cooked for about ten minutes.

It is good to add daily fresh Adriatic sea shells to the fish soup.

Fish soup is most frequently served before fish specialties as a starter. It is also used as a broth for preparing fish risotto or pasta.
