Tavern Galinac is know for quality dalmatian ham and an open kitchen

The ham in tavern Galinac comes from Dalmatian Zagora, and is cut by hand.
It is served with home-made cheese from Pag, olives and home-made bread… 

The tavern Galinac is one of the few open kitchens on the Adriatic, where the guests can see the whole preparation procedure. Our guests can enjoy not only our quality food but also watching and taking photos of the food which is being prepared for them.
